Job Description
A Service Manager in the Commercial Roofing Division responsible for managing staff, engaging with customers, overseeing sales and transactions, coordinating materials, and ensuring quality control on roofing projects in Indianapolis, IN.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff within the Commercial Roofing Division
- Meet with business-owners and homeowners to conduct sales and business transactions
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure customer service excellence
- Initiate all jobs by meeting with the customer business-owner
- Order or pick up all materials required for each job
- Perform quality control on all completed jobs
Requirements
- Experience managing staff in a commercial roofing environment
- Experience meeting with business-owners and homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions
- Customer service focus in work and ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to start all jobs by meeting with the customer business-owner
- Ability to pick up or order all materials required for each job
- Ability to perform quality control on all jobs
