Job Description

The Sales Representative Masonry at Bone Dry Roofing meets with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, utilizing an industry-leading sales system to build strong customer relationships and support career growth in the home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess and recommend solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
  • Guide homeowners through the sales process using the company's sales system.
  • Utilize provided leads and sales tools to generate and close sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
  • Be introduced to and utilize the company's Industry Leading Sales System, including all provided tools and leads.
  • Possess the ability to build strong relationships with customers and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Participate in training and development programs provided by the company, with the potential for career advancement.
