Job Description
A Sales Representative role focused on engaging with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, supported by comprehensive training and a leading sales system in the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs
- Guide homeowners through the sales process using the Bone Dry WE CARE system
- Participate in training and support programs to develop sales skills
Requirements
- Meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Have a customer service background or be interested in a career change to sales.
- Be fully trained and supported in the Bone Dry WE CARE sales system.
- Be willing to undergo training and development provided by the employer.
- Be able to work onsite at the specified location in Columbus, Indiana.
