A Sales Representative at Bone Dry Roofing is responsible for expanding the customer base by building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and utilizing the company's sales system, with comprehensive training provided regardless of prior industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the customer base through sales activities
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Utilize the company's sales system and tools to generate leads and close sales
Requirements
- The candidate must be an authentic individual willing to help Bring Peace of Mind to customers around the Lafayette area.
- The candidate must be willing to participate in and complete the company's industry leading sales training program, as industry experience is not required and training will be provided.
- The candidate must be able to utilize the tools provided by the company, including leads, to succeed in expanding the customer base.
- The candidate must be able to build strong relationships and create a supportive environment with customers and team members.
- The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and unwavering customer satisfaction.
- The candidate must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- The candidate must be able to perform the duties of a Sales Representative for the Bone Dry Roofing Division, including engaging with customers and expanding the customer base in the Lafayette area.
