Job Description
The Roofing Production Manager oversees the post-sale roofing project process, including scheduling, quality control, and customer communication, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the post-sale lifecycle of roofing projects
- Schedule crews and coordinate project timelines
- Order materials needed for roofing projects
- Perform quality control inspections on completed work
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners during installation
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing the entire post-sale lifecycle of roofing projects, including scheduling crews, ordering materials, and performing quality control inspections.
- Ability to serve as the main point of contact for homeowners during the installation process.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate scheduling and logistics for roofing projects.
- Knowledge of roofing materials and installation processes to ensure quality control.
