A Repair Technician at Bone Dry Roofing is responsible for performing roofing, gutter, and masonry repairs and replacements, ensuring homes are safe and secure, while contributing to a supportive team environment and professional growth opportunities.

- Perform roofing, gutter, and masonry repairs and replacements
- Inspect and assess damage to determine appropriate repair methods
- Execute repair tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Must have the ability to perform roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement tasks as a Repair Technician.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a repair technician or in a similar role involving home repairs and maintenance.
- Must be able to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
- Must possess good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Must be able to complete training and development programs provided by the company, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
