Masonry Supervisor

• Lead daily masonry operations on residential and commercial job sites • Supervise masonry crews and provide hands-on leadership in the field • Ensure all masonry work meets company quality and safety standards • Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow to maintain project timelines • Read and interpret project plans and specifications • Train and mentor team members while promoting accountability and leadership • Travel between local job sites using a company-provided truck • Maintain professional communication with customers, crews, and management

• 3+ years of masonry industry experience required • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and job site safety • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple masonry projects efficiently • Valid driver’s license required
