A Home Solutions Specialist is responsible for servicing repair sales customers in the Louisville, KY area, utilizing provided leads and company vehicle, with training provided to develop sales skills in the residential roofing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Service repairs sales customers in the Louisville, KY area
- Utilize company-provided leads and sales system to generate sales
- Maintain respectful and professional interactions with homeowners and their property
- Operate a company vehicle and manage fuel expenses
Requirements
- Ability to service repairs sales customers around the Louisville, KY area.
- Willingness to be trained in the company's Industry Leading Sales System and use all provided tools to succeed.
- Possession of a valid company vehicle and fuel, or willingness to use provided company vehicle and fuel for work-related travel.
- Ability to work in a role that involves interacting with homeowners and respecting their property.
- No prior industry experience required, as training will be provided.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a family-owned and operated company environment.
- Willingness to adhere to company standards of respect for homeowners and their property.
