A Home Solutions Specialist provides roofing repair and sales services to customers in the Louisville, KY area, utilizing company-provided vehicles, leads, and a comprehensive sales system, with training provided regardless of industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Service repairs sales customers in the Louisville, KY area
- Utilize the company's sales system and tools to support customer service
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
Requirements
- Must be able to service repairs sales customers around the Louisville, KY area.
- Must be trained in the company's Industry Leading Sales System and be provided with all necessary tools to succeed.
- Must be willing to learn and be trained; industry experience is not required.
- Must have the ability to work with a company vehicle and fuel provided by the employer.
- Must be able to work independently and effectively utilize provided leads.
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property, adhering to company standards and values.
- Must be able to pass training and certification in their specific task at hand.
