Job Description
A Home Solutions Specialist is responsible for servicing repair sales customers in the Louisville, KY area, utilizing provided leads and company resources to deliver roofing solutions, with training provided for those without industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Service repairs sales customers in the Louisville, KY area
- Utilize the company's sales system and tools to support customer service
- Manage customer interactions and provide solutions for roofing needs
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
Requirements
- Must be able to service repairs sales customers around the Louisville, KY area.
- Must be willing to be trained in the industry-leading sales system and tools provided by Bone Dry Roofing.
- Must have the ability to work with a company vehicle and fuel provided by the employer.
- Must be able to work independently using leads provided by the company.
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property as part of the company’s core values.
- Must be able to perform tasks at a residential roofing company, including tasks that require certification and training provided by the employer.
