Job Description
The Head Mason is responsible for supervising and leading masonry projects, managing a team of skilled masons, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship, quality, and safety in brickwork, stonework, and concrete construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead all masonry projects within the organization
- Manage a team of skilled masons
- Ensure the successful completion of masonry assignments and projects
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in masonry work
- Aid in training and developing masonry team members
- Apply expertise in masonry craftsmanship and construction techniques
Requirements
- Experience in masonry craftsmanship, construction techniques, and leadership skills relevant to supervising and leading masonry projects
