- Manage and direct field crews to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Must have experience in supervising roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement projects.
- Must possess the ability to lead and oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Must be able to complete a quick 3-minute application process.
- Must be available to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Must be able to review applications within 24-48 hours of submission.
