Job Description
The Field Project Foreman in the Roofing Division is responsible for providing roofing rebuilds and repairs, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing project completion, with compensation based on commissions from completed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete roofing rebuilds and repairs for customers in the Fort Collins area
- Provide exceptional service to customers
- Operate work trucks and manage fuel usage
- Complete projects on a commission basis, earning a percentage of each project
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience providing exceptional service to customers in the Fort Collins area and completing a variety of roofing jobs such as roofing rebuilds and roofing repairs.
- The candidate must be willing to work as a Field Project Foreman in the roofing division.
- The candidate must be able to operate work trucks and fuel will be provided by Bone Dry.
- The candidate must be able to work in a commission-based pay structure where they will earn a percentage of the projects they complete.
