Job Description
The Field Project Foreman in the Roofing Division oversees roofing rebuilds and repairs, providing exceptional service to customers, and is responsible for completing projects while earning a commission-based income. The role includes working with provided trucks and fuel, with opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete roofing rebuilds and repairs for customers in the Fort Collins area
- Provide exceptional customer service during roofing projects
- Operate work trucks and manage project tasks on-site
Requirements
- Experience in completing roofing rebuilds and roofing repairs, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers in the Fort Collins area.
- Ability to serve as a Field Project Foreman in the roofing division, overseeing roofing projects from start to finish.
- Willingness to work in a commission-based pay structure, earning a percentage of the projects completed.
- Possession of the skills necessary to manage and coordinate roofing jobs effectively, ensuring completion according to company standards.
- Ability to operate or work with work trucks and fuel, which will be provided by Bone Dry.
- Must be able to work in the Fort Collins area and complete a variety of roofing jobs as assigned.
