Job Description
The Field Project Foreman in the Roofing Division is responsible for providing roofing rebuilds and repairs for customers in the Fort Collins area, ensuring quality service and overseeing project completion while earning commission-based pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete roofing rebuilds and repairs for customers in the Fort Collins area
- Provide exceptional service to customers during roofing projects
- Manage and oversee roofing job sites to ensure quality and safety
Requirements
- Experience in completing roofing rebuilds and roofing repairs, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers in the Fort Collins area.
- Ability to complete a variety of roofing jobs including rebuilds and repairs.
- Experience working as a Field Project Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in roofing projects.
- Physical ability to perform roofing tasks and oversee roofing work on job sites.
- Willingness to work in the Fort Collins area and manage roofing projects on-site.
- Ability to work with work trucks and fuel provided by Bone Dry, and manage project logistics accordingly.
- Understanding of safety protocols and standards related to roofing work and supervision.
