Job Description
The Field Project Foreman in the roofing division is responsible for providing exceptional roofing services, including rebuilds and repairs, to customers in the Fort Collins area, overseeing projects, and ensuring quality work while earning a commission-based income.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete roofing rebuilds and repairs for customers in the Fort Collins area
- Provide exceptional service to customers during roofing projects
- Manage and oversee roofing jobs to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in completing roofing rebuilds and roofing repairs.
- Ability to provide exceptional service to customers in the Fort Collins area.
- Experience in managing or overseeing roofing projects as a foreman or similar role.
- Physical ability to perform roofing-related tasks, including working on roofs and handling materials.
- Willingness to work in the Fort Collins area and travel as needed to job sites.
- Ability to work in a commission-based pay structure and earn a percentage of the projects completed.
