Job Description
A part-time Customer Service Representative responsible for handling high volumes of calls, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent service in an onsite role at the Indianapolis office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call
- Address customer questions and complaints effectively
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries

- Work onsite at the Indianapolis office location.
