A Customer Service Representative at Bone Dry Roofing provides outstanding customer service by handling calls, addressing inquiries and complaints, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for clients in the St. Louis area.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls to provide outstanding service to customers in the St. Louis market.
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
- Schedule appointments with customers as needed.
- Be customer-focused, detail-oriented, efficient, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
