Job Description
The Commercial Sales Estimator at Bone Dry is responsible for estimating project costs, preparing proposals, and closing deals in the commercial roofing division, while representing the company professionally to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate project costs for commercial roofing projects
- Prepare sales proposals for clients
- Close sales deals with clients
- Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Represent Bone Dry professionally to clients
Requirements
- Experience in estimating project costs for commercial roofing projects
- Ability to prepare compelling proposals for commercial roofing projects
- Proven sales expertise with the ability to close deals with clients
- Strong analytical skills relevant to estimating and project evaluation
- Professional representation of the company with a high level of professionalism and care
- Ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth within the commercial roofing division
- Negotiation skills to effectively negotiate contracts with clients
- Experience in delivering tailored roofing solutions to clients
