A leadership role responsible for supervising roofing crews, supporting project managers, and ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality completion of commercial roofing projects.

- Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and with high quality
Requirements
- Experience supporting project managers and guiding roofing crews in a commercial roofing environment.
- Ability to ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and with the highest level of quality.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on developing others and serving customers.
- Willingness to start immediately in the Indianapolis team.
- Ability to support and support project managers in the execution of commercial roofing projects.
- Commitment to contributing to long-term stability and growth of the company.
