Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, manages job organization, and communicates with customers to ensure project success and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Supervise roofing job sites and organize work activities throughout the roof replacement process
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and issues
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities, including overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers throughout the roof replacement process
- Supervision skills to oversee the installation and ensure quality workmanship
- Job organization skills to manage and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish
- Keen eye for detail to ensure project quality and accuracy
- Passion for quality workmanship and ensuring project success
- Willingness to participate in training programs, including ride-along coaching, provided by the employer
- Ability to oversee and supervise roofing installation activities on commercial projects
- Physical ability to perform supervision and oversight tasks related to roofing projects (implied, as supervision often involves physical site presence)
- Legal authorization to work in the Indianapolis area (implied, as employment is location-specific)
