Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, manages job organization, and communicates with customers to ensure project success while leading a team on roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Supervise roofing installation activities and ensure quality workmanship
- Organize and coordinate job site activities throughout the roof replacement process
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and issues
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities
- Ability to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience in supervising roofing installation and job organization throughout the roof replacement process
- Demonstrated leadership skills to supervise and coordinate roofing crews
- Willingness to participate in training programs including ride-along coaching
- Ability to work in the Indianapolis area
