Job Description

The Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems projects in HRIS, Finance, and Sales domains, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality implementation and upgrades within a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of critical projects within HRIS, Finance, and Sales domains.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement gathering.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and IT teams.
  • Apply hybrid project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project needs.
  • Align projects with strategic roadmaps by breaking down initiatives into plans and milestones.
  • Manage dependencies with third-party SaaS vendors and internal integration teams.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership on project progress and risks.

Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years of Technical Program Management experience, specifically within the Enterprise IT or Corporate Engineering environment.
  • Proven track record managing implementations and upgrades in at least one of the following Enterprise Applications areas: HRIS (e.g., Workday), Financial Systems ERP (e.g., NetSuite), or Sales Operations CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Deep proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to discuss API integrations, data flows, and system architecture with engineering teams without needing to code, but understanding the landscape.
  • Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and experience operating in a hybrid model.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
