Job Description
The Senior Staff Brand Marketing professional at Aurora is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and employer branding strategies, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and fostering partnerships to enhance Aurora's brand awareness, reputation, and talent attraction in the autonomous technology and transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies for company moments, product launches, and campaigns
- Lead planning, execution, and measurement of integrated multi-channel brand campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and manage brand identity guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, legal, and government relations
- Create and implement employer branding strategies and campaigns to attract talent
- Partner with engineering and Talent Acquisition teams to develop technical content showcasing Aurora as an employer
- Contribute to talent acquisition events and develop engaging content and activations
- Build and maintain relationships with OEM and industry partners for co-marketing initiatives
- Manage co-marketing efforts with partners to amplify reach and messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12 years of experience in brand marketing within an agency, B2B, or tech marketing setting.
- Proven track record as a brand marketing strategist who is an expert at executing campaigns from brief, to deployment, to reporting.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns and using data analytics for optimization and reporting.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to scale your daily impact and develop campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert to diverse internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage change, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in Aurora's San Francisco office 3 days a week and flexibility to travel and work across time zones as needed.

Base salary range: 163,000 - 261,000 per year
