• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account & printer issues
• Support servers, networks, backups & data replication
• Deploy workstations, laptops, printers & Mitel VOIP phones
• Support AutoCAD and other design software
• Manage IT asset inventory and ticketing
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 7+ years of corporate IT support experience
• Experience with MS Server, Windows 10, O365, Active Directory
• Strong networking & troubleshooting skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
