• 3+ years of Survey Project Management experience preferred, with responsibility for project execution, client management, schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Experience supporting midstream pipeline, oil & gas, route survey, utility, infrastructure, or related survey projects.
• Strong understanding of survey field operations, data collection methods, crew management, equipment utilization, quality control, and safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining schedules, budgets, client expectations, and internal communication.
• Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel periodically for project and client needs.
• Experience supporting multiple market sectors, including Oil & Gas, Midstream Pipeline, Civil Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Electric Utility, Power Delivery, Industrial Facilities, and Land Development.
• Working knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, route, construction, as-built, utility, and control surveys.
• Experience developing scopes, cost estimates, proposals, schedules, resource plans, and change orders.
• Familiarity with survey data processing and software such as Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, GIS platforms, and related survey technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and promote accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
