Job Description
Location: Scottsdale or Phoenix, AZ Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Atwell is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support the infrastructure behind our growing national organization. Depending on experience and technical depth, this position may be filled at the Senior Systems Administrator level.
- This role will be based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and will provide important West Coast infrastructure coverage for Atwell’s Technology organization.
- You’ll work across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, storage, backup, monitoring, networking, and automation technologies. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of complex infrastructure issues, digging deeply into technical problems, and working independently to keep systems secure, reliable, and available.
- For more experienced candidates, there will also be opportunities to lead infrastructure projects, help establish technical standards, mentor other Technology team members, and play a larger role in the design and evolution of Atwell’s environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Microsoft, VMware, or other relevant infrastructure certifications.
- Experience supporting Dell, HP, Cisco, Extreme, or comparable enterprise technologies.
- Experience supporting Autodesk applications or environments.
- Experience supporting technology infrastructure through acquisitions, integrations, or rapid organizational growth.
