Requirements
- Formal training or prior experience in administrative, office, or project support roles
- Experience supporting professional services, engineering, surveying, planning, or consulting teams preferred
- Title experience (title research, documentation, or review) is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required, including preparing proposals, spreadsheets, and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data handling
