Job Description
The Senior Project Engineer at Atwell, LLC will lead and mentor teams in delivering high-impact land development projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with engineering standards while overseeing quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence site analysis reports.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently.
- Guide and support junior staff with technical queries related to Land Development projects.
- Oversee QA QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet quality and engineering standards.
- Review and seal project documents to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Analyze project survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions and easement documents.
- Make necessary edits and modifications to plans as required by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status.
- Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Proven experience working in Delaware and surrounding markets.
- 8 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development.
