Job Description
The Construction Project Manager serves as Atwell's Owner's Construction Representative for client development projects, supporting pre-construction, procurement, construction-phase coordination, budget and schedule oversight, reporting, closeout, and warranty-phase services.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of construction management, Owner's representative, construction administration, project management, or site development experience
- Experience with commercial development or multi-site programs required; convenience store/gas station experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout documentation
- Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30 or related certification preferred
- Regular travel to job sites required
- Must reside in the Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona
