Project Manager – Land Development

• Professional Engineer license in Virginia. • Designated Plans Examiner certified or eligible in Fairfax and/or Loudoun is preferred • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies. • Proven experience managing data center, commercial and residential land development projects. • Strong client management and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability in business development. • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
