Director - Survey and Engineering - Oil and Gas Projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Surveying, or a related technical field preferred • 10+ years of progressive experience supporting oil and gas, hydrocarbon, pipeline, facilities, or energy infrastructure projects • Demonstrated success in a leadership role involving team development, project oversight, and client relationship management • Strong understanding of hydrocarbon project execution, whether from a survey, engineering, or multidisciplinary operations background • Proven business development experience and the ability to grow client relationships in a competitive market • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities effectively • Familiarity with the Midland / West Texas market is strongly preferred • Professional licensure such as RPLS, PE, or similar is highly valued depending on background
