Job Description
The role involves leading full-cycle residential and commercial land development projects, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships, while providing technical expertise and mentorship to project teams in a fast-growing engineering consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle delivery of residential and commercial land development projects from proposal to closeout
- Develop and oversee project budgets, scopes, contracts, and schedules with accountability
- Address complex engineering and permitting challenges with autonomous decision-making
- Build and maintain client relationships and represent Atwell externally
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams
Requirements
- PE license required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in residential and/or commercial land development
- Deep knowledge of local codes, permitting, and construction practices
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client expectations
- Familiarity with tools like Vision, Newforma, or Buzzsaw
