Job Description
The job involves utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to produce various project drawings, while serving as a resource for design staff on drafting practices and procedures. The role requires reviewing project survey data and communicating with project managers to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for design staff regarding drafting practices and procedures.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments.
- Produce various project-specific drawings including soil erosion plans and site layouts.
- Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions for development.
- Complete edits and modify plans as directed by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
- Communicate with Project Managers and Team Leaders on workflow status.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- 2 years of previous design experience within Residential, Commercial or Industrial Land Development Required
- AutoCAD Civil 3D Required
