Job Description
The Associate Project Manager at Atwell, LLC is responsible for leading and overseeing land development projects, primarily retail, by managing project design, client relationships, financials, and team mentorship to ensure high standards and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee land development projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Design project plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies for project design and analysis.
- Proven track record in managing land development projects, specifically in retail land development.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
- Proficiency in overseeing project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to lead site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with high standards and client expectations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and project teams.
- A Professional Engineer license is preferred.
- Experience in managing land development projects, with a proven track record in project delivery.
- Work experience that demonstrates the ability to guide and support junior staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
