Job Description

Requirements

3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, sales operations, order management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios, identify solutions, and follow through to resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong English fluency and comprehension.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with databases, ERP, and CRM systems is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-first mindset and a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
A collaborative team player who can build relationships, influence across functions, and drive others toward a common goal of delighting the customer.
The ability to exercise good judgment, take ownership, and work independently when needed.
A positive, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work.
