Job Description
A Senior Associate in Human Capital Services at Aprio will support clients in maximizing their human resources opportunities through consulting and advisory services, working within a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA and advisory firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with human capital strategies and opportunities
- Support the delivery of tax and consulting services related to human resources
- Contribute to client relationship management and business development efforts
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in human capital services, consulting, or related fields.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of human capital management practices, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with high energy, passion, and ambition.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally and effectively.
- Proven ability to innovate and bring ideas to help grow the firm’s human capital services offerings.
