Work with a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm that Accounts for Anything.
Key Responsibilities
Model and recalculate cash flows — independently rebuild asset and liability (bond) cash flows for ABS transactions, reverse-engineering the payment waterfall from offering documents and legal agreements. Recreate and analyze customized investor scenarios and interface with the investment bank to discuss the results.
Analyze the collateral — perform loan pool analysis, collateral stratification, and legal document review to support each AUP report.
Tie out the results — review model output, identify discrepancies, and help explain them so the report ties out accurately before closing.
Deliver as a team — work with teammates on all aspects of the AUP report creation and delivery process, coordinating with internal and external parties.
Run the modeling workstream — manage the modeling on a live deal, including client communication and the timing of deliverables.
Improve how the work gets done — help develop and refine workflow processes, including documenting procedures to support efficient, accurate deliverables.
