Job Description
An Executive Assistant supporting the Tax and Advisory Practice Group Leaders at a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and facilitate client and team interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate schedules for Practice Group Leaders
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas and materials
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of Practice Group Leaders
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client engagement and firm operations
- Support Practice Group Leaders with travel arrangements and expense reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software to prepare documents, presentations, and manage correspondence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to clients and company operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, including remote and hybrid work arrangements.
- Availability to work full-time hours as required by the role, with the capacity to handle occasional overtime if necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration, business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
