Job Description

This job involves working with a leading CPA and advisory firm to provide accounting, tax, and consulting services, while offering opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and a flexible, supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide advisory services.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial statements.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and contributing to client sales origination.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work with a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm that accounts for anything, demonstrating understanding of the firm's scope and services.
  • Must be willing to share a resume and a brief description of current interests with the recruiting team to be considered for opportunities.
  • Must be interested in working in a full-time capacity as a team member.
  • Must be able to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
  • Must be willing to participate in the firm's benefits programs, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting on the first day of employment.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Account programs.
  • Must be willing to contribute to the 401k plan with Profit Sharing.
  • Must be able to observe the company's holiday schedule, including 9 holidays and discretionary time off.
  • Must be willing to take parental leave coverage for both primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Tuition Assistance Program and CPA support program with cash incentives upon completion.
  • Must be able to accept discretionary incentive compensation based on firm, group, and individual performance.
  • Must be willing to accept incentive compensation related to the origination of new client sales.
  • Must be committed to working with an industry leader in a high-growth firm.
