Job Description

This job involves working with a leading CPA and advisory firm to provide accounting, tax, and consulting services, while offering opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and a flexible, supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide advisory services.
Assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial statements.
Support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and contributing to client sales origination.

Requirements

Must have the ability to work with a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm that accounts for anything, demonstrating understanding of the firm's scope and services.
Must be willing to share a resume and a brief description of current interests with the recruiting team to be considered for opportunities.
Must be interested in working in a full-time capacity as a team member.
Must be able to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
Must be willing to participate in the firm's benefits programs, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting on the first day of employment.
Must be willing to participate in the Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Account programs.
Must be willing to contribute to the 401k plan with Profit Sharing.
Must be able to observe the company's holiday schedule, including 9 holidays and discretionary time off.
Must be willing to take parental leave coverage for both primary and secondary caregivers.
Must be willing to participate in the Tuition Assistance Program and CPA support program with cash incentives upon completion.
Must be able to accept discretionary incentive compensation based on firm, group, and individual performance.
Must be willing to accept incentive compensation related to the origination of new client sales.
