Job Description
The Tax Associate at Aprio will work with a leading CPA and advisory firm to assist clients with individual tax services, contributing to a dynamic team in a fast-growing environment that offers professional growth, competitive compensation, and various employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with individual tax planning and compliance.
- Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
- Research tax regulations and provide guidance on tax strategies.
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program offered
- Have relevant experience in individual tax work (specific number of years not specified but implied as necessary for a professional role)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals in a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious environment
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Meet the physical or logistical requirements for onsite work if applicable, including participation in the free shuttle service provided by CDC and availability for onsite work if required by the role
- Possess the legal right to work in the location of employment (implied by the need to work onsite or hybrid setup)
- Be able to perform the duties of a Tax Associate in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, which may include handling individual tax responsibilities and client interactions as part of the role
