Job Description
The Senior Associate in Assurance Services at Aprio will support clients by providing personalized audit and assurance expertise to ensure accurate financial statements, help manage risks, and facilitate successful business relationships, all within a professional and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in preparing accurate financial statements and managing business relationships
- Perform personalized audit procedures to provide assurance and financial insights
- Adhere to PCAOB standards and ensure compliance throughout the audit process
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification, with assistance and bonus programs available.
- Have experience working in assurance services, including providing audit expertise and supporting the audit process.
- Adhere to the highest professional standards as a registered member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board PCAOB.
- Demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, and work efficiently throughout the audit process.
- Be capable of supporting private and closely-held companies by preparing precise financial statements that effectively manage business relationships and minimize risk.
- Possess the ability to provide specialized and personalized audit expertise to give stakeholders confidence and financial insight for sound business decisions.
- Be willing to work in a hybrid setup, with location, terms, and conditions to be specified based on the role.
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional growth in a high-growth firm environment.
- Be able to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.
- Possess or be working towards a CPA Certification, with support provided for certification and bonus incentives.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and stakeholders during assurance engagements.
