Job Description

The Onboarding and Implementation Specialist at Aprio is responsible for assisting clients with onboarding processes and implementing solutions, working within a dynamic team at a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm to ensure client success and maximize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with onboarding and implementation processes
  • Coordinate and support the execution of client projects and services
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth client transitions and integrations

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work in a hybrid setup to the specified location, with terms and conditions that may apply.
  • Must possess CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance from the company.
  • Must have experience working with clients in an onboarding and implementation capacity, demonstrating the ability to assist with client onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Must have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members across different locations and languages.
  • Must be able to work as part of a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be committed to continuous professional growth and learning, demonstrating a willingness to grow professionally within the organization.
  • Must be able to perform the duties of the role in accordance with the company's policies and standards, including adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
  • Must be able to work full-time in the designated role, with availability to participate in on-demand learning classes and training programs.
  • Must be able to handle physical demands associated with onsite work, including participating in onsite activities such as meals and shuttle services if applicable.
