Job Description
The Client Relationship Coordinator supports client lifecycle management by handling administrative, communication, and compliance tasks to ensure an exceptional client experience within a dynamic CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the client lifecycle to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Support Relationship Lead, Account Manager, and service delivery teams with administrative tasks
- Handle communication and compliance tasks related to client accounts
- Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues
Requirements
- Support the Relationship Lead, Account Manager, and service delivery teams with administrative, communication, and compliance tasks related to client lifecycle management.
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating client and team needs and resolving issues.
- Possess the ability to coordinate seamlessly across all aspects of the client lifecycle to deliver an exceptional client experience.
