Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports for clients
Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Support clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and tax-related tasks
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality accounting services
Requirements
Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program offered.
Have experience working in accounting, preferably within a family office or outsourcing environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the accounting field.
Be able to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions applicable to selected roles and locations.
Possess strong communication skills to work with clients and team members across diverse languages and cultures.
Be able to perform accounting duties that support client opportunities and business growth.
Meet any physical or logistical requirements necessary for onsite work, including participation in onsite programs such as shuttle services and meals, if applicable.
