Job Description
An Accounting Associate at Aprio supports the firm's tax team by assisting with accounting tasks, working with clients to maximize opportunities, and contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting tasks for dental services clients
- Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Have a relevant educational background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment with high energy, passion, and ambition.
- Possess strong communication skills to collaborate within a high-growth firm environment.
- Be willing to participate in CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program.
- Be able to work in a hybrid setup if the role is designated as such, subject to location, terms, and conditions.
