VP Sales, North America

Reporting directly to our CRO, you will own the North American sales strategy, regional target and sales organisation. You will lead and grow an initially small team, win new strategic customers and expand successful site-level deployments into multi-site, fleet and enterprise-wide adoption. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining regional ownership with direct involvement in our most important customer relationships, deal strategies and negotiations. Working closely with Solution Architecture, Business Value Consulting, Customer Success and Product, you will build a repeatable enterprise sales approach across our core industrial markets.

• A proven sales leadership track record in industrial technology , with a background in industrial automation, robotics, Industrial IoT, Industrial AI, asset performance management, predictive maintenance or inspection technology.
• Substantial experience selling to North American customers in at least one of our core markets: Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals & Minerals, cement or pulp & paper.
• Demonstrated people leadership and commercial delivery , including hiring, coaching and developing sales teams, owning a regional or business-unit sales target, and delivering growth.
• A genuinely hands-on leadership style , with continued personal involvement in strategic customers, major opportunities, negotiation and closing.
• A strong record in complex, long-cycle enterprise sales , building quantified business cases and aligning operational, technical, procurement and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success expanding initial deployments into multi-site or enterprise relationships , with an understanding of the operational and commercial requirements for scaling adoption.
• Strong commercial judgement and operating discipline , including sales strategy, pipeline development, forecasting and strategic account planning.
