Job Description
A hands-on senior growth marketing manager responsible for building and executing end-to-end growth strategies, including account-based marketing, event orchestration, and partner campaigns, to generate qualified opportunities and support high-value enterprise deals in the mobile robotics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the end-to-end growth marketing function, focusing on account-driven go-to-market strategies, ABM, ABX, and lifecycle nurturing.
- Plan and execute event-based campaigns including trade shows, roadshows, and webinars to generate pipeline opportunities.
- Conduct full-funnel analytics and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
- Develop partner and ecosystem campaigns to expand reach and accelerate adoption of products.
- Collaborate closely with sales to ensure marketing campaigns, events, and content convert into qualified high-ACV enterprise opportunities.
Requirements
- Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Ideally reside in Barcelona or be open to relocating to Barcelona.
- Experience building and running growth marketing functions end-to-end, including account-driven go-to-market strategies such as ABM (Account-Based Marketing), ABX (Account-Based Experience), and lifecycle nurture campaigns across long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Proven ability to orchestrate event-to-pipeline activities including trade shows, roadshows, and webinars.
- Experience with full-funnel analytics and reporting to measure marketing performance.
- Ability to develop and execute partner and ecosystem campaigns that expand reach and accelerate adoption.
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams on high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) enterprise deals in asset-heavy industries such as energy, chemicals, utilities, and mining.
- Demonstrated success in ensuring marketing campaigns, events, and content consistently turn into qualified opportunities.
