Job Description
The Customer Support Manager at ANYbotics is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to international clients using their advanced robotic solutions, helping to install, deploy, and operate the robots while contributing to the development of support processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with installing, deploying, and operating robotic solutions
- Provide reactive direct support to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Recreate customer issues with robots or simulators for analysis
- Analyze and detect customer requests to improve support processes
- Feed feedback and insights into development and production teams
- Shape and expand the support system and create new support procedures
Requirements
- Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Ideally reside in Barcelona or be open to relocate to Barcelona.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teammates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assist international companies and research groups in using robotic solutions.
- Experience in recreating customer issues with robots or simulators to analyze and troubleshoot software issues.
- Motivated, skilled, and fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of the company's robotic solutions and support processes.
- Demonstrated engagement and a proactive personality suitable for working in a startup environment.
- Willingness to continuously broaden horizons and expand skills in new technologies.
