Job Description

A Customer Support Engineer at ANYbotics is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers in installing, deploying, and operating robotic solutions, troubleshooting software issues, and helping to improve support processes to enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-growing robotics company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with installing, deploying, and operating robotic solutions
  • Recreate customer issues with robots or simulators for analysis and troubleshooting
  • Provide reactive direct support to customers to resolve software and operational issues
  • Analyze customer requests and feedback to improve support processes
  • Collaborate with development and production teams to feed insights and improve robotic solutions

Requirements

  • Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
  • Ideally reside in Barcelona or be open to relocate to Barcelona.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with great teammates.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to assist international companies and research groups in using robotic solutions.
  • Experience in recreating customer issues with robots or simulators to analyze and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Willingness to take full responsibility for direct communication with customers.
  • Motivated, skilled, and fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of the company's robotic solutions and support processes.
  • Engaged personality with a genuine interest in working in a startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and preference for forming structures rather than working within established ones.
  • Ability to broaden horizons and master new technologies continuously.
  • Experience or ability to assist with installing, deploying, and operating robotic solutions in industrial environments.
